In "i-CREATe 2025" held in Thailand Bangkok on November 24.25, 2025, world wing enterprise representative, Dr. Hiroshi Koyama performed a basic tone lecture.
●A background of the basic tone lecture invitation and purpose

• Nerve disease, case-based introduction (after Parkinson's disease, the stroke elderly people) about the dysfunction domain

By introducing a principle called Relaxation-Gated Torque (ministry of relaxation control torque), B.M.L.T. I show the new nerve kinematic training base which the cam ® machine draws an exercise reply to participate in neuroplasticity (neuroplasticity), and suggests possibility to lead the resynchronization (re-synchronization) of the exercise network.
In current basic tone lecture, it is B.M.L.T. I introduced the theory of the cam ® machine and a structure concept and reported Parkinson's disease, the dysfunction after the stroke, the change of the exercise function in the elderly person with case-based observational knowledge.
